We recently purchase a vehicle we had found online! Simply followed a link to check the availability to start the process. Every moment from that first step was incredibly easy. From the call we got to confirm our interest, to setting us up with a salesmen, all the way through the finance process- easy, quick, and convenient!! Which says a lot when you drive from another state for the car you want! Very pleased with our interaction!

Nothing but good things to say took my truck in for service and found a couple problems with it and ended up being about 6 1/2 to 7 hours worth of work. I sat in the waiting room multiple managers and Assistance checked on me throughout the day to make sure I didn’t need anything and that I didn’t need to go anywhere great experience. Hannah did a great job of keeping me informed on the timeframe and status of the vehicle

We are very happy with our recent purchase of a used Outback Limited. Howard Marfell was our salesperson for over two decades. After he moved and left Uftring Subaru we were concerned about having to deal with a new person. Through a referral from a coworker, we went with Travis Doubet. Travis met and exceeded our expectations. It was only 1.5 hrs from test drive to leaving with our next Subaru. He is now our new "Not Howard" 🙂
Dealt with her twice, two big zeroes. She seems to have a script/process and does not listen to person on the other side of the desk. Not just me, my wife agreed completely. Also she did seem to have familiarity with the product lines or current stock. Uftring lost the sale to another dealership.

Went to the Subaru for a Forester only looking the first day. Our sales person Sarah Patrick spoke to us took time to show us a few Subaru's. After a few views we got some info and left . This has been by far the worst experience with Uftring Ford Services that I've had since starting my relationship with them in 2005. At the end of May 2023, I called to have my AC checked on my 2005 Ford Focus as it was blowing out hot air. They didn't have an appointment available until July so I booked it and waited for July to get here. We went in to look at a truck and Red helped us. It was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever had. I am so happy, and Red was great he is the kind of salesman that wants repeat clients and he works to make you want to come back. It was a very great experience.
Lost $5500 trading in my vehicle on a new truck. Ford's website, KBB and another on-line site confirmed this value. After waiting 6 mo's for the ordered truck dealer knew I'd go ahead with the deal anyway. Complained to Corporate Ford.
took my subaru in for oil change after picking up, i found that the tires had been rotated-i was speechless, since i had not asked for this work as a matter of fact, i had the tires rotated and balanced the day before, so this was kind of un-nerving i probably should have made an issue of it and contested the un-necessary service and charge, but i didn't need the stress so, your service advisor should ask before doing work
Took over month to fix warranty repair. Broke more than they fixed on transmission. Went in to fix typically synchros and gear problem in 2017 mustang. They couldn't get the fifth gear to 'fit right' and had to order another gear. New gear is in but they tell me they shipped the wrong gear and have to get another one. I would highly recommend steering clear. The sales process will take forever - which I feel is mostly by design to get you to lose your patience and agree to additional offerings. In addition to a very uncomfortable sales process, upon taking delivery of the vehicle, I noticed the vehicle was missing floormats. This was conveniently hidden by the paper detailing mats on the floor. Upon this discovery, my sales person didn't really seem concerned about it. took my car here for a simple sensor and it was out for 4 weeks I tried calling and couldn’t get an answer multiple times, I get a call back and they want $3000 for a repair that they broke, I call corporate and got my money back for the repair. You don’t want this joke of a dealership

We purchased a Ford Fiesta from this dealer in Aug. 2017. On Nov 17, we took it in for a simple oil change. The service department totally misled my naive my teenage daughter and sold her an $80 cabin air filter. She was told she needed an alignment, and was under the impression that is what she was being charged for. She only has had the car 3 months and it already needs tires rotated, a 4 wheel alignment, and a cabin air filter??? Give me a break!! I had such a great experience with Rob at the Peoria Uftring. He worked with me and found me everything I needed. He then brought it from another store and met with us on a Saturday. He got me everything I wanted with a few extras. Very satisfied and would HIGHLY recommend going back!
Came in for an oil change on Saturday November 4th and waited for over 2 hours to get my vehicle back. This was my first experience coming to the Uftring Ford automall...I definitely will not be back to this place.

I purchased a 17 Ford Focus RS with the help of Shannon Talley what a great experience! She was very helpful communicated great especially since I had to do most of the deal over the phone. Everyone at the dealership was great no pressure, finance was a breeze wasn't stuck in there for hours going of warranties I didn't want we found what worked for me and we were on our way. I ask a lot of questions about the Subaru Outback and Josh Noll answered all of them. I think the most important feature on the Outback to me was the safety it provided to avoid an accident. Another thing I liked about the dealership was from Josh to all the people I came into contact with was the professional and willingness to help you. I am very please with Outback, in fact I love it.
John Applen helped us find our perfect SUV. We went in and told him what we were looking for and gave our contact information. Within a week of searching he contacted us with a vehicle coming in that may be what we were looking for. We went and looked at it and bought it the same day. We made a big move over to buying a Subaru Outback due to two main reasons. The quality of the car and it's excellent reviews- but more importantly was the qualities of our salesman. This is the second vehicle that we bought from Ollie at Uftring. Highly recommend shopping there and hitching up with Ollie. He is very personable and a straight shooter. We feel comfortable when dealing through him. We will probably return there when it is time for our next vehicle purchase.

A couple years ago I purchased a Subarau CrossTrek Hybrid from AJ and have been extremely impressed with the quality of service he delivers. AJ doesn't just sell you a car, he becomes your coach and advocate for any car need that arises. When I decided to downsize from the SUV to an Impreza, AJ again stepped up to listen and understand and make sure to deliver exactly the right car for me. He's always there for his cutomers.
Josh Noll was personable, and knowledgeable about the vehicles when my DH and I came to test drive a Subaru Forester or a Ford Escape. The Subaru Forester was the best fit for us. Josh listened to our needs, and helped us choose the right vehicle for us. The process to buy was explained every step of the way. No heavy-handed business here!
